Performance parts,
engineered from scratch.
CAD Monsters designs, engineers, and builds precision hardware of nearly any kind, with a primary focus on performance automotive parts; custom intake geometry, full cylinder heads, mounts, and bell housings. Every part starts as a fully modeled, production-ready CAD design.
Hardware in development
Product lines currently in engineering and prototyping, focused on performance automotive. Built to order in limited runs through our manufacturing partners. Reach out to reserve a unit, or to discuss a platform we haven't listed.
Intakes & Manifolds
Velocity-tuned intake geometry designed for measurable flow gains and clean engine-bay fitment.
Inquire to order →Exhaust & Turbo Systems
Headers, exhaust systems, and turbo kits designed around flow, spool, and tight engine-bay packaging.
Inquire to order →Engine Swap Kits
Complete kits for popular engine swaps; mounts, bell housing, and supporting hardware sorted out in one package.
Inquire to order →Engine & Trans Swap Mounts
Cast swap mounts engineered to set a new engine and transmission in the chassis while holding drivetrain alignment under load.
Inquire to order →Bell Housing Kits
Bell housing kits that mate the transmission you want to the engine you want, with sealed, repeatable tolerances.
Inquire to order →Custom Cylinder Heads
Full custom heads merging 3S-GE BEAMS valvetrain architecture onto 3UZ and 2JZ platforms for high-RPM builds.
Inquire to order →Rotary Internals
Rotor housings, two-piece rotor irons, and rotors engineered for rebuilt and high-output rotary builds.
Inquire to order →Body & Aero
Body kits, wings, and bumpers designed for fitment and function, modeled to match the lines of the car.
Inquire to order →Engine Dress-Up
Engine adornments and dress-up hardware; finished pieces that clean up the bay and show off the build.
Inquire to order →Machining Fixtures
Work-holding fixtures designed for repeatable machining setups on custom and production parts.
Inquire to order →Got an idea? Let's make it.
Alongside our own product line, we take on contract CAD and build work, automotive or not. Bring a concept, a sketch, or a physical part, and leave with manufacturable parts.
3D CAD Design & Modeling
Parametric SolidWorks models built clean and production-ready, not just pretty on screen.
Rapid Prototyping
In-house 3D printing for fit checks and functional prototypes before committing to metal.
Reverse Engineering
Turn a physical part into accurate, editable CAD, using in-house 3D scanning through our partner or your own scan data.
Custom One-Off Builds
One-off parts and assemblies for almost any application, automotive or otherwise. If it can be modeled, we can build it.
Design to metal, in four steps
Design
Every part is fully modeled in SolidWorks before anything is cut. Existing hardware can be 3D-scanned and reverse-engineered first.
Prototype
3D-printed prototypes verify fitment and function on the actual platform.
Manufacture
Production runs are machined and cast through our CNC and foundry partners.
Deliver
Inspected parts ship direct, with fitment notes included.
Built by an engineer, not a storefront
CAD Monsters is a founder-led engineering shop run by Anson Hoffman, a mechanical engineer out of Arizona State University. The company designs and develops its own line of performance automotive hardware, and takes on custom design and build work of nearly any kind.
Product development is funded by professional contract CAD work, meaning every design that leaves the shop, whether it's a client's part or our own, is held to the same engineering standard. We model in SolidWorks, prototype in-house, and manufacture through trusted CNC and foundry partners.
I started CAD Monsters with one thing in mind: turning ideas into reality, whether it be my own or others'. With a genuine passion for 3D design, I aim to do just that through the skills I have acquired in my many years as a designer.
Let's build
something.
Reserve a product, commission a design, or ask about a platform. Real engineer on the other end, not a ticket queue.
